More Jobs Start with More Google Reviews
Homeowners search, compare reviews, and call. repuze makes sure your happy customers leave reviews so the next job finds you.
Sound familiar?
These are the review challenges plumbers & tradespeople face every day.
You are too busy on-site to ask
Between jobs, driving, and quoting, there is no time to follow up with customers about leaving a review. The work speaks for itself — but only if people see it.
Happy customers stay silent
You fix the boiler, stop the leak, and save the day. The customer is thrilled but never thinks to write about it online.
Negative reviews hit harder with few total
One bad review out of ten looks devastating. One bad review out of a hundred barely moves the needle. Volume protects your rating.
How repuze Helps
Three simple steps to a stronger Google review profile.
Mark the job as done
Finish a job and log it in repuze in under two minutes, or let your calendar integration handle it automatically.
Customer gets a text
A friendly SMS lands on their phone while they are still pleased with the work. One tap takes them to your Google page.
Your reputation grows
A steady stream of recent reviews is one of the signals Google weighs for local prominence, alongside relevance and distance.
Every customer gets your Google review link — whatever they rate you.
Anyone who flags a problem is also offered a private note to you, so you hear about it early enough to put it right.
